Originally from Eastern Europe, Koni Zachar first embarked on her skincare journey when she became a licensed esthetician in 2007, after moving from Bulgaria to California. While living in Los Angeles, she was lucky to be a part of the esthetics team in the well respected and popular Raya Spa, adjacent to Beverly Hills, where celebrities and TV personas were frequent visitors. After six years as an esthetician in West Hollywood, in 2012, Koni moved to Long Island where she pursued esthetics independently for three more years until 2015 when she relocated to Cary with her family. More recently, she's had the honor to work at the renowned Blue Water Spa in North Raleigh, where she was extensively trained in, and performed, medical-spa advanced skin treatments.
In the pursuit of skin improvement, at Luminae we also favor and offer these advanced Anti-Aging and Acne solutions: Microdermabrasion, Microneedling, Nano Infusion, Dermaplaning, Microcurrent, LED and Peels.
While for some skin improvement is of utmost importance, for others self-care and mental decompression is just as important. Therefore, Koni created a service menu catering to both tastes, with protocols often merging to serve the benefits of both: skin enhancement and deep relaxation.
