To cancel/reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hrs in advance 

We do not take reservation fee upon booking and certainly plan our schedule around your appointment. We ask for your consideration, that if you must cancel or reschedule, please do so more than 24 hours before your appointment time. Text 919-737-7537 at any time, or call and leave a voicemail.  We understand that life happens, just let us know. 

If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, we regret that we will not be able to book you again. We are one text away at 919-737-7537. We understand that life can happen last minute. Just let us know. 

Late arrivals past 7 minutes may not receive full length of service, pending provider's availability. 

Unfortunately, we cannot have unsupervised children in the lobby. For your child's safety and in respect to the quiet space, we ask that no children are brought to the site. Thank you for understanding. 

Please do not arrive earlier than 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Suite 104 is located in the back of building 130. 

If you are using retinol, whether over-the-counter or prescription, please discontinue 5 days prior to your facial. Acid-based and retinol exfoliation, face waxing, benzoyl peroxide, intense sun exposure, should all be avoided 5-7 days prior and post treatment. Also, please note that your facial results will vary based on your home care, sun care, sensitivity, overall health, and medications you take. Lack of sun protection may have adverse results, especially in skin prone to pigmentation. 

Please disclose to your esthetician if you are nursing or pregnant, using retinol, or sunburned. By receiving your skin treatment, you consent to that service and take responsibility to inform us of any sensitivities, allergies, or any conditions that may trigger a reaction or impact your results. 

The minimum age to receive a facial is 13. 

For anyone under the age of 16, a parent should be present and stay on the premises during the appointment.
