Cancelation, Reschedule. Late Arrival, No SHOW
To cancel/reschedule, please notify me more than 24 hrs in advance.
Although I do not take reservation fee when you book, I certainly plan my schedule around your appointment and lots goes into it. I ask for your consideration, that if you must cancel or reschedule, please do so more than 24 hours before your appointment time. You can text at any time, or call and leave a voicemail at 919-737-7537.
No Show
If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, I regret that I will not be able to book you again. I am one text away. Thank you for understanding.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals past 5 minutes may not receive full length of service, or may not be seen at all. If running late, please text or call. In case that there are no other appointments after you, I might be able to complete the full time of your service.
No Children on site
Unfortunately, I cannot have unsupervised children in the lobby. For your child's safety and in respect to the quiet space I share with other practitioners, I ask that you arrange in-home child care. Thank you for understanding.
UPOn Arrival
Upon arrival, please have a seat in the lobby of the building (if the door is locked), or inside the suite in our welcoming waiting area. Your esthetician will come and meet you there. Please do not knock on any doors since there are other practitioners sharing space. The restroom is located outside the suite, in the entry hallway when you first enter the building.
SKin preparation - important
If you are using retinol, whether over-the-counter or prescription, please discontinue 5 days prior to your facial. Acid-based and retinol exfoliation, face waxing, benzoyl peroxide, intense sun exposure, should all be avoided 5-7 days prior and post treatment. Also, please note that your facial results will vary based on your home care, sun care, sensitivity, overall health, and medications you take. Lack of sun protection may have adverse results, especially in skin prone to pigmentation.
Consent for your facial treatment
Please disclose to your esthetician if you are nursing or pregnant, using retinol, or sunburned. By receiving your skin treatment, you consent to that service and take responsibility to inform us of any sensitivities, allergies, or any conditions that may trigger a reaction or impact your results.
Minimum AGE
The minimum age to receive a facial is 13.
For anyone under the age of 16, a parent should be present and stay on the premises during the appointment.
